Donna Bohana is an award-winning luxury REALTOR and founder of Solstice International Realty, serving Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Westlake Village, and LA’s most exclusive communities for over 20 years. Recognized as one of the top luxury agents along the coast from Malibu to Newport Beach, Donna brings a rare combination of international perspective, deep local expertise, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.
Donna’s path to real estate was anything but conventional. After attending TASIS England, one of Europe’s most respected boarding schools, she returned to Southern California to earn her degree in International Studies with a minor in Theatrical Arts at Pepperdine University. Before real estate called her back, Donna opened the first post-riots sit-down restaurant in Watts, CA, a venture that reflected her entrepreneurial drive and dedication to community.
Her real estate career began at Fred Sands Realty, where she worked her way up from receptionist to agent. That foundation led to 14 years at Coldwell Banker, where Donna consistently ranked as a Top Producer, earned the prestigious International President’s Elite Award, and placed in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. In 2007, Donna founded Solstice International Realty, building her own boutique brokerage from the ground up in the heart of Malibu.
